Coast Dogs Training offers dog obedience training, sports training and dog behavior change programs.

Depending on your dog's needs, I offer group classes and private lessons in your home. Group classes are kept small, so my students' needs are met, while personally adjusting training tasks for each individual owner and their dog.

Also, I specialize in "walk and train” programs for dog obedience training and behavioral problems.

My training approach is "least intrusive, minimally aversive" (LIMA), the aim of which is to train your dog with minimal adverse side effects. My training plan is adjusted for each and every dog. For more information on LIMA please peruse Read More.

I am certified by the Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainers. Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) measures a broad range of knowledge and skills in ethology, learning theory, dog training technique, and instruction.

As a Certified Professional Dog Trainer with CCPDT, I have been tested and passed rigorous standards for knowledge and skills in science-based dog training, and a commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development, which I accomplish through attending professional conferences, seminars, and extensive research.
